auction
We support the REALTORS®
for Kids, Inc. by making a donation to the Northern Black Hills
Association of Realtors, REALTORS® for Kids, Inc. annual auction.
This year the auction will be held April 30th at the Deadwood Gulch
Resort and Convention Center. Cocktails begin at 6:00p.m.
with the Live Auction starting at 7:00p.m. The theme this
year is Hawaii, so come dressed for a Luau or as you are and be
prepared for a night of fun and games. For more information

Real Estate Commission for 7 hours of continuing education - 4 hours

"Marketing,
Qualifying, Leasing, and Retaining Residents" will be the morning
seminar; "Maintenance and Managers, What a Good Team"
will be the afternoon seminar.
Attend
the full day seminar, 8:30-4:30, for $45.00 if you are a Black Hills
Area Multi Housing Association member or $60.00 for non-members.
6 hours of continuing education hours are pending with the SDREC
if you attend the full day seminar. Attend the afternoon portion
of the seminar, 1:00-4:30 for $25.00 - members and non-members.

Morning
session: "Marketing, Qualifying, Leasing, and Retaining
Residents". Topics include: How to lease your property
faster, marketing to Generation"X" and "Y",
curb appeal basics, how to keep up with the changing times,
customer service, and resident retention.
The
afternoon session is good for both managers and maintenance staff:
"Maintenance and Managers, What a Good Team!"
Topics include: Fair housing, communication with manager/residents,
safety tips, developing and controlling a maintenance program, routine/planned
maintenance, inspections, categories for maintenance, on demand
work, and engergy conservation "Going Green". Call
